Tools to help you designing your experiment with our ARIAIII

First, there are two links very useful that provide you with spectral properties of most of commercialy available fluorochromes:

Our ARIAIII Help solution

It is a simple, but still efficient solution. It will help you to check whether the combination that you intend to use is correct. It works online, just follow the following steps:

1) Select the fluorochrome that you intend to use
2) Fill the 'Antibody' field (for instance Anti-mCD3)
3) If you are able to enter your combination, this means that your combination is correct, simple, isn't it?
